The Situation:
FabTrol Systems, a leader in steel fabrication software, needed to reach larger corporate clients and migrate current customers and internal operations to a more dynamic support and work environment. The site needed to be maintainable by the client when finished.

The Assignment:
Develop a look and feel consistent with recently updated materials that was friendly to the less experienced "mom and pop" shop clients while still engaging for the more tech savvy corporate prospects. We used java script navigation and animation to give the site a more professional look as compared to their competitors. Additionally, on this site you'll see an updated identity. We've been assisting with the migration from one identity design that fit in the early days with smaller clients to a more high-tech look that works for their newer large corporate clients.

The Solution:
Because the customer base is heavily weighted toward men, we kept to colors and styles that men would find appealing. We focused on the product first. Creating module driven self-advertisements on the front-page java animation.

The Results:
FabTrol's knowledge-base support and developer forum are used heavily and have allowed them to expand globally and increase market share amongst sophisticated corporate users. The Web site has been a central part of the sales and marketing efforts.
